About Me

I'm Samantha! I'm a songwriter, vocalist, and guitarist from Los Angeles, California. I started playing ukulele when I was 8 and guitar when I was 12. After I bought my first guitar, I began to write songs. Songwriting changed the game for me. It was my answer for self expression and better understanding the world around me. I attended Musicians Institute and The Songwriting School of Los Angeles where I studied voice, guitar, and songwriting. I've been releasing music and building an audience for around 7 years now. I often perform in and around LA at places like The Mint, Hotel Cafe, Molly Malone's, and The Viper Room.

Becoming a teacher has been such an expansive and positive experience for me. I'm passionate about using my experience and training to help others, and I love seeing my students grow and build confidence over time. When my students are inspired, I'm inspired— That's what it's all about for me. Whether it’s learning a new instrument from scratch or taking your musicality to the next level, I’m happy to help!
